Fleeting Flavours

Its nearly gone

We started something new.

We’re doing limited run flavours. Get 'em now or get 'em never.

Sometimes inspiration just strikes for a flavour that might work and we all pass it around in the office and say YAY or NAY.
Sometimes we just wanna have a go at something because it will taste delicious but it would cost too much to go into production.

But that doesn’t mean we should just have it anyway though y'know...?

So on the site and on the site only, Experiment 001 will be available and we're kicking things off with a doozy.

Think - Nutella, but without the gripping sugary tooth ache. Think – buttery & sweet Turkish hazelnuts and bitter Ghanaian cacao spiked with a little bit of Mexican agave and Italian sunflower oil. I would've loved to have put olive oil
in it purely because it sounds better but we did a side by side comparison and the olive oil came out grainy and claggy but the sunflower is makes it all smooth and velvety, so sunflower you stay.

First, try it on toast, and then see where else you can smear it. It's not too sweet, so it's great with a cheese board. Ian says he dips bananas in it. We also dip dates in it too and it's insanely good. I haven't tried it yet but I'd say you could heat up some milk and cream and make a hot drink out if it that'd be NEXT LEVEL.

Anyways enjoy.

Let us know how you get on and if you've got ideas for flavours you wanna see, let us know that too.

Ciao for now x
