Vegan Porridge with Coco Buzz, Banana and Hazelnut
In the constant scramble for content in the current business model for a small peanut butter company, here's a recipe for porridge...
Ingredients:
50 g porridge oats
250ml oat milk
wee pinch of salt
Toppings:
Coco Buzz
1 small banana
handful your favourite fruit, we used blueberries and raspberries but whatever's handy by way of season or in the freezer at the supermarket
1 tbsp approx. of toasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped
Method:
Put the oats in a saucepan with the milk and pinch of salt. Put the saucepan on the stove over a low-medium heat and bring to a gentle simmer.
Cook gently for 6-8 minutes until the porridge is smooth and creamy. Add more milk if you prefer a runnier consistency.
Transfer the porridge to a bowl. Top with a good dollop of Harry's Nut Butter Coco Buzz, sliced banana, your favourite fruit and toasted hazelnuts.
